What are the Eros Shine Awards?

Now I know that I have put this up before but really I need to give you some more information as to why this award is so important to the Adult Industry in Australia

The EROS Shine Awards is a glamorous industry-recognised awards night which celebrates both the erotic arts and adult businesses. However the event provides plenty of breaks into mainstream erotic fashion, music, performance and 'body politics'.

The Awards recognises excellence and achievement among businesses which provide services or products that are mainly 'adults only'. Like retailers of adult media and toys, online dating sites, burlesque schools, performers and producers, erotic dance and music, gentlemen's clubs, sex shops, performers and performance artists of the risqué variety, pole dance schools, fetish and fantasy costume and lingerie, adult party plan and online adult retail businesses.

As well as recognising hard work and talent, our awards night also shines a light on businesses that are often excluded or shunned by mainstream business awards, because they dare to deal in sex. Awards will be given for professionalism, innovation, leadership, integrity, imagination, creativity and the promotion of positive role models.

Personally there are so many reasons we need responsible promotion of the Adult Industry in Australia.  One that I believe is the most important is that it assists the broader community with developing confidence within the Adult Industry.  Far too often those wanting to experiment are left high and dry with poor experiences.  

Potential consumers can be assured of a level of quality from those nominated and winners of the Eros Shine Awards.

Marie’s support to the Community is amazing, she has created not only the most fantastic outfits but the most amazing personas’ to help us for fill our fantasies. She also promotes and sponsors many Adult Industry Events.

I once asked Marie why she did this, long story short and this is the brief version;

“It all pretty much started when I went looking for a corset for my own wedding and could not find anything that would help her feel great on her special day. I just wanted to help people feel special”

I have personally seen her elation seeing the joy in someone when they look awesome in their ORIGINAL Marquis De Sade Creation.

In the 12 months I have known Marie I feel truly blessed.  Not only for the fact that she has created 2 of the most amazing corsets for me (by the way no small girl here, my cup size is 24E and a very proud 24E; Maries corsets simply hold everything where is should be high and dry, giving me an incredible shape I never thought I could achieve). But more to the fact that she has one of the most generous and open hearts of anyone I have ever met.
